Nicholas Sanders is a senior real estate adviser with his EC0110.02 certification registered with the state of Yucatán. Nicholas has proudly worked full-time at Yucatan Beach and City Properties since 2017.

In this time, he has built a reputation for honesty and integrity and as one of the hardest-working agents in Merida!

His goal is to guide buyers on the amazing journey of finding their dream home in the Yucatan, from the initial consultation to the closing and beyond.

Additionally, Nicholas is an expert in preparing local and foreign sellers to present their homes on the local and international markets.

Nicholas moved to Merida in 2010 from Indianapolis, Indiana. He takes the love of his adopted home and applies it to his profession by sharing his knowledge of the area with his clients.

Nicholas now works as a team with his husband, Alejandro Lopez. They live near Centro with their three dogs. Together they have visited over 40 archaeological zones, continue to search for all the best places to eat in Merida, and enjoy living in their home that they fully renovated in 2023.
