Nicholas Sanders has proudly worked as a Real Estate Agent with Yucatan Beach and City Property since 2017.
In this time, he has built a reputation for honesty, integrity and as one of the hardest working agents in Merida! His goal is to guide buyers in the amazing journey in finding their dream home in the Yucatan, from the first phone call to the closing and beyond.
He also is an expert in preparing local and foreign sellers to present their home in the local and international market. He guides all of his sellers with documentation needed for the sale, tax strategies, and top-notch listings with professional media.
Nicholas moved to Merida in 2010 from Indianapolis, Indiana. He takes the love of his adopted home and applies it to his profession by sharing his knowledge of the area with his buyers.
Nicholas now works as a team with his husband, Alejandro Lopez. They live near Centro with their 3 dogs. Together they have visited over 30 archaeological zones, continue to search for all the best places to eat in Merida and enjoy living in their home that they fully renovated in 2023.
Nicholas continues to contribute to the local community with professionalism and trendsetting.
