In addition to supporting clients as an agent, Stefanie supports transaction compliance for both purchase and sale processes. She helps verify that properties are fully sellable and that the documentation and procedures for buyers and sellers meet the highest standards of consistency and professionalism.
Originally from Iowa, United States, Stefanie and her husband relocated to Mérida with their cat, Domo, and quickly embraced the city’s vibrant culture and welcoming community. Having personally experienced the relocation process, she understands many of the questions clients face when considering a move or investment abroad and brings both professional guidance and real-life perspective to every transaction.
