The Village of Dzityá is located about 10 minutes north of the Capital City of Mérida.
Known for its stone carving artisanship, it has a population of about 2,000. It currently has two entrances, one for the road from Mérida and Progreso and another from Francisco de Montejo.
You will also find artisan crafts such as vases, tortillas, chandeliers, salsa, jewelry boxes, bases, sugar, fruits, and more.
A town founded on imagination and artist creations, it is a beautiful thing that is rarely found.
